Policies

Shipping 
All items are made-to-order unless it is in stock. Please allow at least 3-5 weeks for production time. If you need a certain piece by a certain date or need to make a rush order, please email ccritualjewelry@gmail.com. Additional fees may apply.

Domestic
We ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class (1-3 business days),  USPS Priority Mail (1-3 business days), or USPS Priority Mail Express (overnight). Shipping will include a tracking number so you can track your package! 

International
International orders ship via USPS Priority Mail International (6-10 business days) with a tracking number. All international orders are final sale. Duties and tariffs may apply for international orders, including Canada. Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes and customs fees.

CC Ritual is not responsible for lost packages marked delivered by the carrier. However, please do not hesitate to contact us if you do have trouble locating or receiving your package and we will try our best to communicate with the carrier in locating the item. Returns + Exchanges
All CC Ritual jewelry purchases are final sale. We do not accept refunds or exchanges as items are made-to-order. There is a 24-hour window open for order cancellations or order adjustments (ex: ring size) once an order is placed. After that, we cannot guarantee a cancellation or order adjustment. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
 
Repairs
If you require a repair for a jewelry piece, please contact us at ccritualjewelry@gmail.com for repair requests. Please include your order numberdate of purchase and if possible, a photograph of the broken piece. All repairs requested within 30 days of receiving your item will be free of charge with the exception of a shipping fee. After 30 days, repair fees will depend on the scale of the repair.

We are not responsible for any broken or lost stones, however please contact us if you'd like to purchase a stone replacement.
